MLK Day Ninja + Parkour Camp – Power, Purpose, and Flow!
MLK Day is made for Ninja. High energy, high demand, and easy to sell as a single-day “school’s out” camp when you have a tight plan.
 
In Power, Purpose, and Flow!, ninjas will tackle obstacle missions, speed-and-control challenges, and parkour movement drills that build real skills not just chaos. Campers will work through timed rotations focused on jumps, rolls, vaults, hangs, grip strength, and safe landings, with games designed to keep everyone moving and engaged.
 
This coach packet is fully built for execution: clear station layouts, simple cues, and transitions that keep the group under control while still feeling exciting.
